Service Usage
The DNS4Me service may NOT be used to direct visitors to servers hosting or selling illegal copies of copyrighted software, music, or any other copyrighted works in electronic or physical form. This includes but is not limited to mp3s of copyrighted music, warez, crackz, and keygens. In addition, you may NOT use the DNS4Me service to direct visitors to servers that violate your local, state, or federal laws or provisions laid out by your ISP for your Internet service.
RhinoSoft.com will disable domains and registration IDs that violate these terms and the other terms set out in the remainder of this license agreement. Users that violate these terms and have their domains disabled will NOT receive a refund of their service fees.
To report abuse of the DNS4Me service, please write to abuse@DNS4Me.com. Please include in your email the offending domain name and the alleged violation.
Registered Version
DNS4Me is a dynamic DNS service offered by RhinoSoft.com. RhinoSoft.com retains rights to all subdomains offered through DNS4Me via the RhinoSoft.com owned domain names. Registration for DNS4Me entitles you to a registration ID allowing you to administer the domain(s) you purchased. You may use any computer with the DNS4Me client application installed and registered with YOUR ID.
Sharing your registration ID with others will allow them to administer YOUR domain instead. Registration IDs that have become public and their corresponding domains will be disabled without refund of the service price. It is YOUR responsibility to keep your registration ID private and confidential.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
Disclaimer of Warranty
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which DNS4Me may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.
Good data processing practice dictates that any new program should be thoroughly tested by the user with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
Evaluation and Registration
Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for 30 days to administer a single trial domain acquired via the DNS4Me website (http://www.DNS4Me.com/). If you wish to continue using this software and the DNS4Me service after the 30 day evaluation period, registration is required. Registrations are fulfilled by RhinoSoft.com, P.O. Credit card ordering and quantity discounts are available, visit the DNS4Me website at: http://www.DNS4Me.com for further information. When payment is received, you will be sent a registration number for DNS4Me via e-mail.
Unregistered use of DNS4Me after the 30-day evaluation period is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.
Distribution
Provided that you are distributing the original and unmodified DNS4Me client installation file, you are hereby granted permission to duplicate and distribute the program; give exact copies of the original installation file to anyone; and distribute the intallation file in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above.
You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.
